The computer program and all of the instructions are very easy to follow. The program itself is easy to use, and is quite self explanatory. It is easy to set up in respect of patrol point locations and can easily be amended if a mistake is made or something changes. Downloading information is also very easy to do and the various search options in respect of information are simple and effective.

The system is simple to use, easy to implement and demonstrates an effective reporting style that gives you all the relevant information a tour system should; exception reporting for those missed checkpoints, reports measuring activity of an employee or at a single checkpoint etc etc. But most important of all - it's a system that's 100% reliable!!!!!

The portable electronic sensor is lightweight, easy to use and most impressive feature which gets talked about amongst the guards is the Anti-Vandal system, the Profi sensor can distinguish between shock caused by an ordinary fall and shock caused by an effort to damage the sensor.

We are monitoring security patrols on many Ardmore sites with the Connect Security hardware/software. This has proved excellent in determining the time, location and personnel involved in securing these sites and ensuring that regular patrols of the area are undertaken. The Connect Security guard patrol systems are easy to use and install, and importantly, a cost effective solution.  We are currently using the extremely robust PES sensor (with mini vandal technology) as a part of our package and find this piece of equipment to be the best way of collecting information.
